Annexation Ordinances Discussed By Buffalo Council

The Buffalo City Council passed readings of two Ordinances that will annex property into the city, one on third reading and the other on its second reading.

Ordinance No. 1403 was passed on third and final reading, and has annexed the Wolf Auto Group property at 94 US Highway 16 East into the city as the Tetonka Addition to the City of Buffalo.

Passed on its second reading was Ordinance No. 1404, which will annex the Buffalo Business Park into the city.

The Buffalo Business Park is a 140-acre property near the Sewage Treatment Plant, designed to be a magnet for economic development.

The Ordinance for the business park will require a third and final reading by the council for the annexation.
