Aaron PalmerJohnson County’s Commissioners, at their Tuesday meeting, voted to approve a Resolution to amend heir current budget to show a grant award for a rehabilitation project at the county airport.
Resolution No. 737 amended the budget for the nearly $87,500 award from the US Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration to rehab the apron at the airport.
Earlier this year, the county received a $133,000 grant from the USDT/FAA, which also required a budget amendment, for a crack seal project at the airport in preparation for the current project to rehab the apron.
