Aaron PalmerBuffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, in his report to the city council at their last regular meeting, gave details on an arrest in April that involved guns, drugs, and a domestic dispute.
Bissett praised his officers for not just going to incidents for what the calls are for, but “thinking outside the box, looking around and doing what they’ve been trained to do which is making our community much safer.”
Bissett also reported there were 2,468 calls handled by dispatch during the month of April, of which 540 were responded to by officers, resulting in eight arrests.
