Sheridan Commission Approves Airport Sublease Agreement

A sub-lease agreement between Sheridan Pilots 307, LLC and Sheridan Rotor Training, LLC was considered by the Sheridan County Commission during their last meeting.

Earlier in the meeting, the commission had approved a Specialized Aviation Service Operator Use Agreement between the county and Sheridan Rotor Training to authorize helicopter flight training at the airport.

Airport Manager Robert Gill explained the need for the sub-lease agreement.

According to discussion at the meeting, the lease amount paid to the county will not change and will still come from Sheridan Pilots 307.

The new agreement will be between the two companies with lease payments paid between them.

The commission approved the lease agreement.
