Commission Concurs Bid Award for Monarch Road Project

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified a Letter of Concurrence of the bid award for the Monarch Road Project.

According to documents provided by the commission, the bid award was for $3.46 million from S&S Builders, LLC of Gillette for a bridge over the Tongue River at County Road 110, or Monarch Road.

The project will be funded at 90.49% or $3.1 million by the Wyoming Department of Transportation, with the county contributing 9.51% or about $329,000.
