Buffalo’s annual Christmas “Parade of Lights,” the traditional kickoff to the Christmas season, will be happening this Saturday, December 2.

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce is putting on the event, with this year’s theme as “Songs of Christmas.”

The parade will begin at 6 p.m. and wind through downtown on Main Street from Angus to Fort Street.

Traditionally, the parade features roughly 40 lighted parade floats and other entries.

Parade announcers for this year again are Bighorn Mountain Radio’s Mark Wilson, Kate Harness from 307 NetRadio, and Sheridan Media’s Aaron Palmer.

After the parade, the Buffalo High School FFA Chapter is scheduled to present their annual “Light Up Buffalo” fireworks display, set to start at about 7:15 in Prosinski Park.
