Noise Variances Approved for Church Services

A request for a variance to the city’s noise ordinance has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.
Grace Fellowship Church made the request for outdoor worship services they wish to have over the next couple of weekends, as explained by Mayor Shane Schrader.
According to Schrader, Pastor Paul Gilbert said, “they don’t expect an extreme amount of noise, but 200 people raising their voices in worship,” could be noisy.
The service times will be at 5:30 in the afternoon on the Saturdays and on the Sunday mornings at 9:30.
