Next Section Of Downtown Sheridan Main Street To Close; One Section About To Open

Another section of Main Street in downtown Sheridan will soon close for road construction, and one section will soon open.

WYDOT and the City of Sheridan says Main Street between Grinnell Plaza and Brundage Street will close on Tuesday, August 1st, however the intersection of Main and Brundage will remain open.

At around the same time, Main Street between Dow and Mandel Streets will open, as work in that area is finishing up.

The city will soon re-stripe Grinnell Plaza to accommodate parking and also allow vehicles to exit that block.

Public meetings regarding the construction project are now being held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 1:30pm, instead of every Wednesday.

All meetings are held at the ERA/Carroll Reality Building second floor conference room.
