Buffalo City Attorney Dennis Kirven brought a few items before the city council for their approval during their last regular meeting.

Kirven said he had drafted a settlement agreement between the city and Margo Brown, owner of the Margo’s Pottery Building concerning the mural on the side of the building, which has required work on the building’s wall.

Brown had asked the city to help pay for the repairs on the building’s wall.

No monetary amount was discussed by Kirven and the council.

Kirven also brought a water connector agreement for a property on Cinema Drive, which Kirven said would require the property owner to annex into the city within 6 months due to it being contiguous to city limits.

Another water connector agreement for a property on Airport Road was tabled until the next meeting.

And the council approved a temporary 3-month extension to a service agreement with the St. Francis Animal Shelter.
