Buffalo Council Approves Mayor’s Appointments
Two people were approved by Buffalo’s City Council for positions to boards as recommended by Mayor Shane Schrader.
The council, at this week’s meeting, approved Wendy Martin to an unexpired term on the Buffalo Trails Board, and Marcie Leis was approved to a two-year term on the Buffalo Pool Board.
The only report from the department heads was from City Attorney Ben Kirven.
Mayor Schraderannounced that the City/County Meeting will be Tuesday, March 17th at 7am, and the next City Council Meeting will be the same day beginning at 5pm.
And he gave a friendly reminder that Daylight Savings Time Begins this Sunday at 2am, and encouraged citizens to set their clocks ahead by one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
