Strategic Planning

The Sheridan City Council and Mayor Roger Miller, along with City staff, will be holding a strategic planning session Monday from 4 to 7 pm in Council Chambers at Sheridan City Hall. Mayor Miller talks about what they will look to accomplish during the three hour planning session.

The Mayor said that he would like to see the upcoming strategic planning session be a catalyst for further development of a long-term strategic plan.

The strategic planning session will include updating, reviewing and revising Council’s strategic priorities. Topics to be discussed are attainable housing, enhancement of the East 5th Street Corridor and Railroad District, and downtown property opportunities.
