The second project recommendation involves the Town of Lyman, who requested a $1.5 million Business Committed grant and a $1.5 million loan for the construction of a 16,000-square foot assisted living facility. According to the WBC, when completed, the facility will include 22 apartments, a complete kitchen, and a dining area. The board unanimously recommended this project for funding.
