Building Inspector: Buffalo City Hall Remodel Going Well

Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay, in his report to the city council, updated them on the ongoing remodel of city hall, which he said was moving along nicely so far.

Asay said the building department has issued 152 total permits so far, with a few months left in this fiscal year.

At their meeting later this month the planning department will see two rezone requests, which are former church buildings that have been used for different purposes.

They are currently zoned as R-1 Residential but have been recommended for B-1 Business zoning.

He announced the upcoming Free Landfill Days on May 18 through the 21. Vouchers from the city will not be issued until that week.
