Sheridan County Attorney Dianna Bennett has announced her candidacy for reelection. Prior to being elected as Sheridan County Attorney in 2018, Bennett served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Sheridan County Attorney’s Office for 18 years. Bennett explains her decision to seek another term as Sheridan County Attorney.
Bennett said the COVID-19 pandemic presented many challenges.
The filing period for candidates is May 12 through May 27. This year’s primary election will be August 16 and the general election will be held November 8.
