   Contrary to what was stated by the reporter on this feed, Fireworks are permitted only on private lands within the county with owner’s permission. The County stipulations that the officers refereed to prohibit fireworks on all County land, roads, rights of way, including parking lots. Wyoming State and federal lands also prohibit fireworks by their rules.
