One more chance for creative summer camp at the Y

Executive Director of the Sheridan County YMCA, Liz Cassiday, appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to comment on the YMCA summer camp activity and inform the public that camps are not over just yet. 

Although many camps had waiting lists, the staff at the Y do everything they can to accommodate as many of the youngsters as possible. 

One camp, Printmaking Camp, has yet to start. SAGE Community Arts and YMCA have partnered together to create art camps.  Should a parent want to ensure their child has an opportunity to enjoy a fun new camp that teaches them a popular art form, there is still time to register. 

As camps wind down for the season, staff will focus on the upcoming maintenance week.
