Sheridan competed in Broomfield, Colorado on Saturday, while 2 athletes from Arvada-Clearmont were in Newcastle on Friday.
The next scheduled track meet for Sheridan as well as Big Horn, and Arvada-Clearmont is scheduled for Saturday, April 2nd at Buffalo.
Broomfield Shootout:
Boys:
Carter McComb and Dominic Kaszas were 3rd and 5th in the 200 meter dash.
Reese Charest was 4th in the 800 meter run.
Austin Akers was 4th in the 1600 meter run.
Aiden O’Leary was 6th in the 300 meter hurdles.
The 4×400 meter relay team was 2nd.
Ryan Karajanis was 3rd in the long jump.
Blaine Holwell, Matthew Ingalls and Simon Tengesdal were 2nd, 4th and 8th in the shot put.
Girls:
Addie Pendergast was 5th in the 100 meter dash
Pendergast and Megan Hodges were 1st and 3rd in the 200 meter dash
Pendergast finished 1st in the 400 meter dash
The 4×400 meter relay team was 2nd.
Preslee Moser and Dulce Carroll were 1st and 4th in the high jump.
Moser was 5th in the triple jump.
Hannah Sullivan, Jaylynn Morgan and Nora Butler were 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the discus.
Sullivan, Butler and Josie Ankney were 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the shot put.
Newcastle Invitational:
Dellana and Kamryn Michelena from Arvada-Clearmont competed at this meet.
