William Troy Winder

William “Troy” Winder, 57, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Ranchester, WY, at his residence.

Troy was born in Idaho Falls, ID, and moved to Salt Lake City at a young age where he spent most of his life. He met and married Jacqueline Koolhoven and they had three children, Christopher, Rashell, and Katrina. He later married Chantel Roberts and they had three beautiful children Kaileigh, Michael, and Aubrielle. They moved to Ranchester, WY in 2009, where Troy owned and operated the Sunset Café. 

He loved spending time at Priest Lake, Idaho. He loved cooking, fishing, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Troy will be sadly missed by his children Chris, Rashell, Katrina, Kaileigh, Michael, Aubrielle, and his grandchildren Damon, Elijah, Trevlyn, and Lydia.
