Patricia Edwards

Patricia Jean Edwards passed away peacefully in her sleep at Green House Living in Sheridan Wyoming on August 14, 2022.  She was born on April 7^th, 1935, in Sheridan Wyoming, to Mary A Lamphere.

She is survived by her four children, Balinda (Mike) Karras, Dennis (Lori) Geiss, John (Kathy) Barker), Ed (Cindy) Barker, stepson Charles Edwards and sister Barbara (Jim) Barrett.  Eight Grandchildren and numerous Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary A Lamphere, her brother, Ronald L Kelly, and her husband Carl “Jake” Edwards.

She spent her childhood growing up on the Crow reservation and in Sheridan Wyoming. She moved to Gillette Wyoming in 1963 where she met and married Jake Edwards. She lived in Gillette and worked as a Cosmetologist for 45 years. She loved bright colors, orange, yellow and red were her favorite colors. She always wore big hats and lots of diamond jewelry. She loved to do arts and crafts and even did painting for a few years. She loved adventure.

She will be buried on August 19, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette,

Wyoming, with her children attending at grave site. She did not want a Funeral and she wanted a Green burial. Champion Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements. Online condolences may be written at www.championfh.com.
