Charles T. (Jake) Jacobs died peacefully at his home in Buffalo on March 14th, 2022, at the age of 72.

A visitation for Jake will be held at Harness Funeral Home on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 9:00 PM and Funeral Services will follow on March 19th at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow services at the Moose Lodge in Buffalo, WY. Interment will be at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
