Aaron PalmerA Restaurant Liquor License application was approved by the Buffalo City Council during their meeting this week.
GMRG ACQ 1, LLC d/b/a Pizza Hut of Buffalo #035929 applied for the license and a Public Hearing was held during the meeting.
One comment was made in favor of approval before the hearing was closed.
According to eliquor.wyoming.gov, a Restaurant Liquor License allows service bar dispensing of alcoholic liquor and malt beverages to patrons seated in dining areas of full service restaurants.
Alcohol sales cannot exceed 40% of gross sales, and no consumption can take place in the licensed room.
The city council approved the application with no discussion.
