What to Do With That Tree

Now that the New Year is upon us and Christmas is in the rear view mirror, many people will be looking to dispose of their live Christmas trees soon. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

For some, a live tree for Christmas is a must, but that leads to the dilemma of just how to properly dispose of the tree that for weeks has taken up residence in your living room. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller said that live trees can be taken to any of the green waste bin sites around Sheridan.

The City asks that residents remove all decorations and tinsel from the tree before taking it to one of the Christmas tree drop sites.
