Johnson County Reviews Amended Subdivision Regulations

At their regular meeting this week, Johnson County’s Commissioners were given a presentation on the amended draft subdivision regulations by County Planner Jim Waller.
Waller said the Planning and Zoning Commission has been working on the amendments and finally, after public meetings and advertisements, have draft regulations for the commission to review and act on.
He explained them further.
The Commission will work with Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago to draft Resolutions adopting the amended regulations and the fee schedules to be ready for their next meeting November 2nd.
