County Extends Agreement for Records Preservation

Sheridan County has extended a professional services agreement with ArcaSearch Corporation for digital preservation of county records.

According to the agreement, the records to be digitally preserved include Deeds, Mortgage records, Notary records, Mining Claims, Marriage licenses, and other miscellaneous records as well as Certificates of Appropriations.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the agreement further.

The estimated cost of the project is just over $245,000.
