Sheridan County along with most of Eastern Montana, might feel like an oven and that could lead to dangerous conditions if you’re not careful.
The National Weather Service in Billings, Montana has issued an excessive heat warning from noon Saturday (July 17th) until 9pm Thursday (July 22nd).
Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures in the upper 90’s and low 100’s and low temperatures in the low to middle 60’s are expected.
The Weather Service advises you drink plenty of fluids, stay in an airconditioned room, stay out of the sun and check up on relatives and neighbors.
Be sure not to leave children and pets in a vehicle.
