The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce has begun to transition their programs back to in-person meetings.
During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Chamber Chief Executive Officer Dixie Johnson told listeners she’s happy to return to the face to face meetings. She also recommended people attend the in-person meetings following the guidelines they are most comfortable with in regard to COVID-19, but the in-person connections are invaluable.
The next Chamber Luncheon will be Wednesday, April 14, at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the Holiday Inn. Cost is only $20 per person which includes the program and a buffet style lunch that will be served by restaurant staff.
The program during the luncheon will be the 66th Wyoming Legislative Session Report, featuring Senator Dave Kinskey, Representative Barry Crago, Representative Mark Jennings, and Representative Cyrus Western.
Advance registration is required and can be completed at the Chamber website, www.sheridanwyomingchamber.org or by calling 672-2485.
The Chamber Business Before Hours program will also be returning to in-person meetings. The next Business Before Hours will be held on Wednesday, May 5, at 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m., at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. This meeting will include tours of the Transitional Care Unit.
The Chamber Business After Hours program will meet on Wednesday, May 19, at 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., at First Northern Bank of Wyoming. First Northern Bank was the recipient of the Business of the Year at the Chamber Awards of Excellence held in February.
