The Council is expected to consider the request at their next regularly scheduled business meeting on Monday, December 7. Also from the study session; the Council discussed a universal annexation agreement for the Cloud Peak Ranch; the City’s annexation process and the City’s zoning ordinance. The selection of a consultant for a Main Street project scheduled for 2023 was also an item of discussion during the study session.
