Minor Subdivisions, Regulations On Agenda for P&Z

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will have their November meeting Tuesday evening beginning at 7pm.

On the agenda for the meeting are the review of a number of minor subdivisions and review of the subdivision regulations.

In new business, the commission will give first consideration of the Swenson Family Trust Minor Subdivision, located on Crazy Woman Canyon Road; and the Irigary/Snobel Minor Subdivision on Johnson Creek Road.

In old business, the commission will get updates on the Northern Plains and Hamersma Minor Subdivisions.

The commission will also continue their review and update of the county’s subdivision regulations.

The meeting will begin at 7pm tonight in the Planning & Zoning Office in the County Annex A Building at 26 North DeSmet Street.
