The Buffalo Senior Center has announced that they will be re-opening on Monday, October 5th, but with some guidelines and restrictions.

Masks will be required while in the building, and the center has masks available for those that don’t have one.

Those not wearing masks will be asked to leave.

In house meals will not be provided, and Veterans breakfasts will not be served for a few months, and there will be no morning coffee group.

Home delivered meals will still be delivered as they have since March.

Craft groups, cribbage and dominoes, and the Friday afternoon jam are on the schedule.

Bridge games, Tai Chi and chair yoga are on hold for a few weeks.

BINGO will start after Thanksgiving.

Organized open pool will be every Tuesday at am, and anyone can play pool when the game room is not otherwise occupied.

Ceramics will be offered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am to 2pm.

Only three people will be allowed in the ceramics room with Pinky at a time, and there will be a sign-up sheet available. Call the center to reserve a spot.

Blood pressure clinics will be offered every Monday starting October 5th from 9 to 11am.

Call the center for an appointment.

And there will be a drive-through flu shot clinic in the center’s parking lot on Thursday, October 8th from 10am to 3pm.

Be sure to bring your Medicaid card and wear a mask during the clinic.
