Senator Barrasso Discusses Next Steps for Supreme Court Nomination Process

U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday where he discussed the passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the upcoming process in the Senate to fill the vacancy on the Court. Senator Barrasso began by discussing Ginsburg’s legacy.

Barrasso offered his thoughts on the Senate confirming Ginsburg’s replacement prior to the election in November.

President Donald Trump said Monday that he intends to announce a Supreme Court nominee by the end of the week.
