The Sheridan City Council will be holding their regularly scheduled business meeting this upcoming Tuesday due to Labor Day. A public hearing will be held for the Paradise Meadows City/County joint subdivision. Following the public hearing, the Council will consider a resolution to approve the preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision, which would replat 17.8 acres from one lot to seven lots, zoned Urban Residential in the County located at the southwest corner of Paradise Park Road and Bighorn Avenue.

Under old business, the Council will consider second reading of ordinance 2221, a request for Hidden Bridge Ranch to rezone 18.5 acres from a mix of R-1 residential and B-1 business to R-2 residential. At Council’s last meeting, the ordinance approving the Hidden Bridge Ranch rezone narrowly passed by a 4-3 vote.

The Council will also receive an update from Northern Wyoming Community College District President Dr. Walt Tribley and consider the 2020 Mission and Vision Statements for the City of Sheridan. The meeting will take place Tuesday at 7 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall. The meeting will be broadcast on KWYO 1410 AM and 106.9 FM.
