County Planning & Zoning to Review Subdivision Sketch Plans
The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet Tuesday afternoon to review sketch plans and a boundary line adjustment.
On the agenda is a sketch plan review for a 4-lot minor subdivision from Northern Plains Investments, LLC for a property on North Main Street just north of the city of Buffalo.
Also to be reviewed is a sketch plan for a 1-lot subdivision to be presented by Ted and Barb Hamersma for a property on TW Road.
Finally, a boundary line adjustment between the George/Danielson Parcels off Dally Lane.
The commission will have a review of their subdivision regulations.
The meeting will be Tuesday, September 1st at 7pm at the County Annex A Building, located at 26 North DeSmet Street.
The meeting is open to the public.
