Conner Street Diagonal Parking Request

A proposal by a developer for diagonal parking on property near downtown Sheridan was an item of discussion at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Landmark 228 LLC is requesting that the City allow for diagonal parking on the west side of North Connor Street between East Brundage Street and the alleyway to the south. City Engineer Thomas Morneau says the parking would be for future tenants of a proposed apartment complex at 260 East Brundage Street and for the community.

Morneau said the project will be privately funded and managed by the developer and all improvements will need to be designed per City standard. The resolution for diagonal parking will come before the City Council for consideration at an upcoming business meeting.
