Valor Academy 9/11 Ceremony

Valor Academy hosted its first-ever 9/11 Ceremony, which included remarks from retired New York Police Department officer Dennis Flynn, who was on duty 9/11. He said he remembers driving down the parkway and seeing people crying that morning.
