Public Invited to Buffalo EMS Open House Thursday

Buffalo Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be hosting an Open House this Thursday to show off Johnson County’s new ambulance and EMS facility.

Mayor Shane Schrader, a member of Buffalo EMS, gives more details on the event.

The Open House will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the new ambulance facility located at 779 Volunteer Lane, next to the County Fire Hall.

The public can tour the new facility, meet EMS personnel and board members, explore ambulances and equipment, learn about EMS training, and enjoy refreshments.
