First Avenue East Subdivision

Randall Engineering Surveys, on behalf of the property owner, Q Construction, LLC, has submitted a final plat application to the City of Sheridan for the First Avenue East Subdivision. City Planner Kelly Schroeder presented details of the proposed subdivision at Monday night’s City Council study session.

Schroeder said the applicant is proposing to divide one acre into two residential use lots with lot one being 32,324 square feet,  and lot two 11,212 square feet in size. The City Council will consider the resolution for the final plat of the First Avenue East Subdivision at their next regular business meeting, Monday, July 20.
