Sheridan Foster Parent Exchange

In 2013, Carla Crayton started Sheridan Foster Parent Exchange. As a foster child and foster parent herself, Crayton saw the need to have supplies right away to welcome a child into their new surroundings. The nonprofit agency assists foster children and parents with the difficulties surrounding foster care.

Sheridan Foster Parent Exchange was one of 15 nonprofits that received funding from the Sheridan-Johnson Counties Local Board of the Wyoming Community Foundation as part of their spring competitive grant cycle. Crayton, Sheridan Foster Parent Exchange Executive Director, on receiving the $10,000 grant.
