Riverstone Village Subdivision

A public hearing was held at this week’s Sheridan City Council business meeting for an application for a final plat from DOWL, on behalf of the property owner, StoneMill Properties, LLC, for the Riverstone Village Subdivision. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the subdivision is located at 1280 Dovetail Lane in Sheridan and divides 3.9 acres into 139 townhouse-style lots and 15 outlots and is zoned as a Gateway District. 

Following the public hearing, the City Council approved a resolution for the final plat of the Riverstone Village Subdivision. Schroeder said the subdivision will establish a new public street, Stillwater Loop, that will provide access and utilities to the subdivision.
