Westhaven Estates Subdivision
Morrison-Maierle, on behalf of the property owner, Excalibur Construction, has submitted a final plat application to the City of Sheridan for the Westhaven Estates Subdivision. City Planner Kelly Schroeder presented details of the proposed subdivision at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council study session.
The City Planning Commission, at their meeting Monday night, recommended the City Council approve the resolution for the final plat of the Westhaven Estates Subdivision. The City Council will consider the resolution at their business meeting on Monday, June 15 at 5:30 pm.

I have to agree, and it’s especially frustrating that it’s nearly impossible to find 5-10 acres to enjoy living on while this builder especially packs houses almost gutter to gutter with no regard for aesthetics.

Sooooo many issues with this builder from ground compaction on up. Taking a bulldozer to ponds wetlands during nesting season is least among them. Speaking of bulldozers….that’s what he has done to our county. Bulldozed his way thru city county regs.
Then there’s the question of following code…
