The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Ranchester Outreach (ROC) Center Wednesday. The center is the second museum of the Natural History Museum of Wyoming which has been in the Leslie F. Mohns Center at Sheridan College for approximately 30 years.

Thomas Hebert, executive director of both museums, told the ambassadors, “”I can’t say enough how grateful I am to this community for not just embracing me and my family but embracing this museum now that they know it is here.”

The building has been a taxidermy shop and most recently a daycare center.

See Sheridan Media social media for a reel of Hebert explaining more details.
