BPD Chief to Apply for 9-1-1 Funding Grant

The Buffalo City Council considered a request from Police Chief Sean Bissett to apply for a grant to help in gap funding for the city/county 9-1-1 system.

Bissett explained further.

Bissett said the funds will help pay for physical and digital software, licensing, and equipment needed to operate the 9-1-1 system.

The council voted to approve Bissett to apply for the grant funding.
