Council Approves First Reading of Ordinance to Amend PUD
First reading of an ordinance for a major amendment to the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development that is located south of Brundage Lane between Wetlands Drive and Coffeen Avenue was considered by the Sheridan City Council Monday night. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says that the revisions to the PUD are considered a major amendment because it affects all of the lots within the subdivision.
Following a public hearing where there was no public comment on the proposed amendments to the PUD, the City Council, by a vote of 6 to 0, passed first reading of the ordinance. Councilman Steve Brantz was not present at the meeting. The ordinance must be approved two more times before the amendments can take effect.
