This project is the biggest waste of taxpayer money I have seen! We have 4 generations living on Upper Rd and there has NEVER, not one single time, been water in 99% of the ditches they are working on. It is extremely rare that people drive or get stuck in the ditches as well. This is a result of someone trying to justify their position at the expense of citizens money.
