Sheridan County Man Rescued After Tractor Accident

Emergency services across Sheridan County responded Saturday (May 3rd), to a report of a man trapped beneath his tractor in a rural area near Ranchester.
The incident prompted a coordinated response by Ranchester Fire Department, Dayton Fire, Sheridan Fire-Rescue, Wyoming Regional EMS, and Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office.
Personnel on scene successfully extricated the individual using coordinated tactics and specialized rescue equipment.
The patient was transported via LifeFlight to a nearby hospital.
His condition has not been released at this time.
Sheridan County Dispatch was instrumental in maintaining clear radio traffic, enabling uninterrupted coordination among responding agencies.
“Sheridan County can take great pride in its emergency services,” said Chief Jeff Barron of Ranchester Fire. “The way our paid and volunteer professionals came together—swiftly, safely, and in full coordination—reflects the strength of this community and the dedication of every individual who took part in the rescue.”

It also marks some of the dangers that our farmers and ranchers go through to feed an ungrateful nation. At one of the local stores three out of four brands of canned goods was imported from China. Most people don’t care as long as its cheap. Family farms and ranches are about done in the U.S.

Very sad. See people at WalMart buying dog treats for their dogs made in China. I know two people that lost their dogs due to contaminated treat from China. When I tell them they give me dirty looks!

I try to find Made in America products, why is that so hard? We should not be dependent on other countrues!
