Sheridan Commission Ratifies Easement, License Agreements

Sheridan County’s Commissioners ratified an easement agreement and two license agreements during their consent agenda at their last regular meeting.

The Extended Trail Easement Agreement was between the county and Sheridan Heights Ranch, LLC for a 20-foot easement extension known as the KendricK Restroom Trail.

The first License Agreement is between the county and MDU for a bored crossing installation of a single-phase underground conductor at County Road #80, a/k/a Downer Addition Road, for a fee of $165.

The second is between the county and MTC Engineering, LLC/Charter for an overhead installation of new strand and fiber optic cable on County Road #91, a/k/a Owl Creek Road for a fee of $747.50.
