Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council, at their regular business meeting this week, approved a resolution certifying that the application for WLM Enterprises Subdivision at 60 Industrial Lane is in conformance with all rules and regulations governing the Joint Planning Area between the City and the County, and is in agreement with the Future Land Use Plan for the area. City Planner Kelly Schroeder said the subdivision divides 25.9 acres into five industrial use lots.
Schroeder said the subdivision will continue to be served by private wells and private, on-site small wastewater systems.
