Sheridan Commission to Allow CUP for Outfitting Business, Hunting Lodge

Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the operation of an outfitting business and to eventually allow a hunting lodge to be built on a property currently zoned as A-Agricultural.
County Planer Mark Reid explained the request for the CUP further.
The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the application and recommended approval with six conditions.
The County approved the CUP application.
