Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the operation of an outfitting business and to eventually allow a hunting lodge to be built on a property currently zoned as A-Agricultural.

County Planer Mark Reid explained the request for the CUP further.

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the application and recommended approval with six conditions.

The County approved the CUP application.
