Scenes from the Arvada Easter Egg Hunt

A warm, sunny day greeted around 20 youngsters, as well as the Easter Bunny, at the Arvada Woman’s Club annual Easter Egg hunt on Friday, March 29. The hunt was held on the grounds of the Arvada Community Center and the old brick gym.

Krista Malli, of the Arvada Woman’s club, talked about this year’s hunt.

Hundreds of eggs were hidden in many different places on the lawns at the gym and community center. Many of the eggs had candy inside and some had slips of paper that let the youngster select a prize from the many laid out on the table.
