Aaron PalmerAt their regular meeting Tuesday evening, the Buffalo City Council awarded the contract to replace the city’s remote-read water meters to Metron Farnier, LLC of Boulder, Colorado.
City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel recommended them for approval.
The bid amount of the contract was $1.255 million.
According to a previous story, funds for the project came from the Water & Sewer American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant funding in the amount of $900,000 for the project.
